DEB Talk: Marketing Strategy for Small Business | AI & Marketing in 2025

Marketing Strategy for Small Business | AI & Marketing in 2025

The marketing landscape has changed overnight—and most small business owners are still playing by the old rules.

Join Ashley Simmons from S3 Media (Simmons Strategy Solutions) on Tuesday, December 9th at noon at Liberty Hall as we uncover why your marketing efforts aren't delivering results and what successful businesses are doing differently.

You'll discover:

✓ Why AI is reshaping how customers find and trust businesses
✓ Why your competitors seem to be everywhere suddenly
✓ Why having a website and social media isn't cutting it anymore
✓ Why strategic thinking (not more tactics) is what separates growing businesses from stagnant ones

This isn't a how-to workshop. This is the strategic wake-up call that shows you what's at stake and why your business needs executive-level marketing strategy to stay competitive.

Reserve your spot now – Pre-registered attendees will receive a complimentary box lunch. Registration is still open and encouraged (it helps us plan!), but since lunch orders have been submitted, new registrants are welcome to bring their own brown bag lunch.

The Menopause Blind Spot: Why Medicine Fails Women at Midlife

Dynamic Women Speaker Series: Micah Larsen

Why are women still being told to “just deal with it”?

For decades, menopause has been brushed off as a natural part of aging—no big deal, nothing to worry about. But for millions of women, the symptoms are anything but minor. From brain fog and mood swings to hormonal chaos and emotional overwhelm, midlife health challenges are real. So why does medicine still miss the mark?

Micah Larsen, a writer, speaker, and women’s health advocate, has lived this reality. Forced into surgical menopause in her early 30s, she quickly discovered that the medical system wasn’t built to support women through these transitions. Now, she’s using her voice—and her platform—to change that.

Join us at Liberty Hall for an evening of honest conversation, personal storytelling, and research-backed insight on what menopause really looks like—and how we can demand better care, better information, and better outcomes for ourselves and the women we love.
