Dynamic Women Speaker Series: Regan Cartuthers
Dynamic Women Speaker Series with Regan Caruthers:
Awakening the Wise Heart: Listening for Clarity, Strength, and the Guidance That Knows the Way
Regan Caruthers returns to the Dynamic Women Speaker Series with a powerful continuation of her miraculous story—and an invitation to reconnect with the inner wisdom that guides us all.
Last year, Regan shared how a quiet inner prompting called her back to Missouri, leading her to Washington just before she discovered she was dying from a congenital heart defect. Emergency open heart surgery at Barnes-Jewish Hospital—where she was born—saved her life. When her incision healed in the shape of a cross, she knew something sacred had been working through her all along.
This year's talk widens the circle. Regan invites women into an intimate conversation about the ways we receive guidance—the nudges, the quiet knowings, the signals our bodies send that often protect and direct us before we fully understand why.
As a spiritual teacher, author of Tragic Magic, and founder of Aset Yoga Center, Regan brings together her experience teaching at the HeartMath Institute, her 500+ hours of classical yoga training, her career leading teams in Silicon Valley, and the profound insights that emerged during her recovery.
In this session, you'll discover:
How to recognize subtle "whispers" of insight in daily life
What happens in your body during stress and overwhelm
Simple techniques to create calm and clarity in challenging moments
How heart-mind alignment clarifies inner guidance
Practical tools for building emotional resilience and steadiness
This is not a lecture—it's a warm, honest, deeply human conversation. An invitation to slow down, breathe, and trust the guidance that has been with you all along.
What to expect:
6:30 – 7:00 PM:
Mingle and grab a drink.
7:00 – 8:00 PM:
Take your seat for the discussion!
8:00 – 8:30 PM:
