Honoring Loss & Navigating Grief

Dynamic Women Speaker Series: Rebecca Feltmann

Creating Space for Healing, Reflection, and Connection

Grief touches all of us, yet so often, we don’t know how to talk about it or navigate its complexities. Rebecca Feltmann, therapist, grief educator, and founder of Helper B Consulting, is dedicated to breaking the silence around grief and helping others find strength, understanding, and healing.

In this compassionate and insightful talk, Rebecca will share:

How grief affects us all—directly or indirectly—and ways to process it
Practical tools for coping with loss in a healthy and meaningful way
Why acknowledgment and support are key in personal and collective healing
Honoring grief with compassion while continuing forward

This special event falls on International Bereaved Mother’s Day, a day to recognize and honor mothers who have lost a child, as well as anyone who experiences loss in ways that often go unspoken. While the event acknowledges this day, it is open to anyone who has experienced grief or wants to support others in their journey.
